About
VF & Co. builds and operates production software for companies that depend on it to run.
We are a small senior team — engineers, analysts, and designers — working from San Pedro Sula, Honduras, for clients across the Americas, the Caribbean, and Europe.
The firm was founded in 2023 by Valentin Flores, who spent the previous 23 years building the technology organization behind Sandals & Beaches Resorts: hired in 2000 to write the group's online booking engine, he grew the engineering organization from zero to more than 250 people across four countries, founded the group's Honduran engineering company, carried the platform through three generations of architecture, and finished as Group CIO.
He never stopped writing production code, and that is still how VF & Co. works. Every engagement is architected and delivered by people who build.
Twenty-six years on, the conviction is unchanged: systems that carry a business should be built deliberately, understood completely, and owned by the company that depends on them.
